Order Title - Agent and Broker Resources
Central Colorado Title & Escrow is a Title Company Partner of CTM. You can certainly still fax, email, or deliver your contract and order to us, but now you also have the option of electronically ordering your title work directly through CTM eContracts.
If you choose this option, most of the information entered into the Parent Contract through CTM eContracts will be automatically populated into the online Title Order form found within the Detail Dashboard for each transaction. You only need to click on our logo in CTM, and we will receive your order as well as access to your contract and any other documents you choose to allow us to see.

If you order through CTM, we can also upload documents (such as the title commitment, tax certificate, vesting deed, closing documents, or other requested items) into your account at your request. You may want to review CTM’s Title Order video for more information about this time saving feature.
